HYD Rebar Connect couplers revolutionize field installations by removing the necessity for bar end preparation, sawing, or swaging. These user-friendly couplers can be installed effortlessly with a standard wrench or an impact wrench based on the coupler size. Upon reaching the correct bolt torque, the bolt heads shear off, ensuring complete visual inspection and guaranteeing a smooth and secure installation every time.

The RSCS coupler range provides an advanced method for joining reinforcing bars. Bar ends are securely supported within the coupler by two serrated saddles. As the lockshear bolts are tightened, the conical ends embed into the bar, while the serrated saddles grip both the bar and the coupler shell. This innovative design bypasses the need for bar end thread formation or rotation. RSCS couplers achieve failure loads exceeding 110% of the characteristic yield strength of grade 500 reinforcing bars, setting a new benchmark for reliability.
