These rails ensure the full development of rebar strength, enhancing structural integrity across various applications such as tension, compression, stress-reversal, and dynamic conditions. The Connect system is expertly crafted for a wide range of demanding splicing applications, including but not limited to column splicing, bridge projects, piling, splicing to protruding dowels cast in concrete, closure pours, and beams.
HYD Rebar Connect couplers revolutionize field installation with their ease and simplicity—eliminating the need for cumbersome bar end preparation, sawing, or swaging. These couplers can be swiftly installed using just a standard wrench or an impact wrench, depending on the size of the coupler. A unique feature is the bolt heads, which are engineered to shear off upon reaching the correct bolt torque, guaranteeing a complete and reliable visual inspection.

The RSCS range of couplers offers an advanced solution for seamlessly joining reinforcing bars. Within the coupler, bar ends are securely supported by dual serrated saddles. As the lockshear bolts are expertly tightened, their conical ends embed deeply into the bar, ensuring a robust connection. During this process, the serrated saddles effectively bite into both the bar and the coupler shell.
