1.Are you a factory or a trader?
We provide production, R&D and design, with our own industrial park of 80,000 square meters; more than 400 production staff across the country;
2. How is your quality?
Products sold domestically have passed 3C and safety regulations; products sold abroad have passed CE, Rohs, FCC, ETL, CB and other certifications. For details, please consult our salesperson;
3. Sample delivery time? What is the lead time for custom products?
In-stock products are shipped within 36 hours; customized products will be shipped within 25-45 days. Please confirm the specific customization time with our sales when placing the order.
4. Can you provide customized services?
We provide customization services; customers only need to provide your customization requirements, and we will operate according to your requirements (logo, color box, etc.)
5. Can I get some free samples from your company?
Company policy states that all customers who request samples are required to pay sample fees and shipping costs. The sample fee will be refunded when you place an order.

7. I would like to know your payment terms?
We can do T/T or LC, usually we prefer T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance after goods inspection before shipment, because T/T is more convenient and saves time.
