HYD Rebar Connect finds its ideal application in column splicing, bridge projects, piling, integrating with protruding dowels cast in concrete, closure pours, beams, and other critical splicing endeavors.
Simplifying field installations, HYD Rebar Connect couplers eliminate the cumbersome need for bar end preparation, sawing, or swaging. Installation is streamlined and can be effortlessly achieved with either a standard or impact wrench, contingent on the coupler size. Once the appropriate bolt torque is reached, the bolt heads shear off, facilitating a complete visual inspection and ensuring unmatched reliability.

The RSCS series of couplers delivers a sophisticated method for joining reinforcing bars. Ingeniously designed, these couplers support bar ends with two serrated saddles. As the lockshear bolts are tightened, their conical ends embed into the bar, while the serrated saddles embed into both the bar and the shell of the coupler.
